Wedding was on 26 Jan 2013. We received the email on 1 March 2013 and replied on the same day.

Na aanleiding van jul terugvoer. Dankie vir die mooi kompliment aangaande jul troue wat so goed verloop het asook insake ons mooi plekkie.
Baie dankie daarvoor, ons neem dit rerig ter harte en bid vir julle ook, veral in hierdie moeilike tye. Nogmaals dankie.

Apparently, some guest forgot to take the serviettes back after the wedding on the same evening. Direct after the wedding our staff placed the serviettes back into the plastic bags given to us and we kept it save, without charging any storage fee, till the guests collected it a few days after the wedding.

We had to communicate to them as there was an outstanding amount for accommodation.
