Made our birth experience spectacula

A Huge thank you to the staff of theatre and maternity who through their amazing care, love and attention made the birth of our baby Timothy on Monday the 15th of April unforgettable. Matron Monique Lanz you can be proud of your staff! Theatre staff were compassionate & warm, something that made the sterility of theatre feel homely. Maternity staff were attentive and there for my every need. I did not wait more than a minute from ringing my bell to having a staff member in my room. Pain was controlled promptly. Night staff were fantastic (Monday and Tuesday night) I felt super safe and cared for. The nursery staff helped my husband like stars and were gentle and caring when handling my son. A special mention to Phindile in the nursery who he thinks is amazing.
