Poor service getting worse

We upgraded to the most expensive option available from Resolution, hoping that it would result in better service than what we had experienced over the previous years. However, the service has since deteriorated to even worse. They persist with spewing hype about good service, but it exists only in their own imagination. We have been with them for a decade and one would think that they would care about long suffering, extremely patient, loyal members, but everything, in every department, just gets worse and worse as time passes. Over the years we have had so many problems due to their incompetency and over-eagerness to avoid paying, that we have lost count of the incidents. The worst incidents have, however, occurred over the past 3 months. We have now lost all faith in them.
