Not willing to cover cost

They do not authorise hospital cover if you are older than 7 for dental surgery, You need to be sitting with you mouth to the ground for 2 hours and longer . even if you are with them for years
I have a huge amount brought forward from previous years fund that is not used and still every month you pay the bill for when you need help with your family . and when the time comes you must anyway pay from your pocket,

So why do I have medical aid
