After phoning the call centre for 5 consecutive days without getting any help, on the 5th day I was transfered to this lovely lady who did not hesitate to help me. This was after everytime I called I was told the only person who could help me was off sick.
Just want to say thank you so much for all your help & good attitude. We need more peolpe like you in the call centres & keep up the good work...
