Today 9 February we bought a nasal spray from the Boeremark in Pretoria which this person claims is all 100% natural with just trace elements inside. When using this spray i almost faited and got heart beatings, my husbands head almost exploded. I have never had such intense burn and pain! When confronting this man hes response was he cannot tell us whats inside but we must have a huge infections therefore the effects. He also said he will give us double our money back! Should there not be rule against people being able to sell these kind of products to people? The only number we have is 082 859 1190.
