Turned back home while sick

My name is Elizabeth I am 36 yrs last week Wednesday night so I was taken to lenmed in lenasia I was sick like terminally ill due to my pregnancy situation and was turned back or should I say chased back home because they claim they were not accepting my medical aid without even checking or authorising it and yet my medical aid confirmed that they using all private hospitals and they still do so I would like lenmed to teach their clerks to do a proper job they cant risk with our lives like this
