I am very dissappointed at the service of MSC Cruizes. After making a reservation online (15342251, cabin 9110 departing on 05-07 March), prior to my booking expiring, i phoned the Call Centre requesting assistance on how to finalise my booking as it was mission impossibe to find and proceed via their website. Eventually i spoke to Cleo who sent me the Payment link which on multiple occassions malfunctioned. The system would not take my login credentials while i could log in to the website. i informed Cleo and she sent me the link again and again to no luck and requested her to phone me back to check if i was succesful which she promised to do but never did. I emailed the onlinehelp and got a response to send my booking number which i did and no one bothered to get back to me. now my booking expired to my dissappointment. i am extremely dissappointed at the lack of assistance as i was looking forward to my first cruize. i still want to go on the cruize and request your consideration.
