Complete misrepresentation of their web page

Viewing the Umzumbe Chalets website it claims to have 56 Luxury Chalets... this is what they call luxury
Walking through water from a leaking fridge to get to the rooms.
An antique Tv with wires hanging everywhere.
A matchbox bathroom covered in black mould and other people's hair.
Peeling paint in the main bedroom and linen that was very old.
A broken window in the lounge with a sign saying " Pleas do not open" in 30 c you want the windows open!
A rat or mouse chewed through a cereal box and foil and had a midnight snack.
Great Christmas! We were out of there first thing in the morning..

Danie the manager did not answer his phone and reception was closed for two days.
We received less than a quarter back of what we paid. We are awaiting a FULL refund but no one bothers to answer our emails.
