Same old same old

I have had endless trouble with this company. I see there are many others on this site who are having the same problems. Every time I have a claim there is very little communication from them and they seem unable to deal with clients on a professional level. I had a procedure done at the end of Nov 2013. My gap cover paid the shortfall but there were certain codes rejected by Resolution health which seems to be standard practise as I have had the same problem 3 times with them. I have mailed them twice to ask for an update. If like me, you try and call them don't bother I have plenty of experience with this. The only way to actually make this company do anything is to go to their offices. If you get angry enough and manage to speak to a supervisor called Zane and another called Brandon don't bother they takes ages to respond too. I can't believe how many complaints go through this site regarding this company. Well I guess I will wait for the automated response to my problem. Thank so much Resolution Health for making so many people's lives a misery I'm sure you all sleep well at night knowing you provide such a sub standard operation.
