No help at all just plent promises from momentum

We have asked that the medical debt my account on the 1st off very month. which they have still not done so when it is debited it bounces. we then pay the amount out standing amount. then the following month momentum double debt us. and keep telling us the medical aid is still suspend but we have paid it. every time you speak to some one in the call center they tell you they will get back to you but never get back to you. Who is going to pay the bank chargers every time the debt order bounces as goes off on the wrong date.

i have now asked repeatedly to get forms to cancel the medical aid as how can i pay for some thing that i cannot use
