Accussed & Embarrassed in front of other Patients

On the 01/12/2013, My Fiance, my 2 sons & I consulted at the above mentioned Dr. at 35 Jacobs Street, Chamdor, Kagiso, Krugersdorp. When we got there my fiance went to withdraw some money while myself & my 2 sons went upstairs for consultation cue. We then went to the inquiry table where we were assisted by Clerk, Sbongile. She told us the prices & all the info. I then told her to wait a bit while my other son went downstairs to confirm the consultation fee with his mum at the ATM. Sbongile then instructed me to go & sit at the waiting cue. While sitting there my son came back with the go-ahead confirmation from his mum. I then stood up to the inquiry table again so that I can provide my son's details to Sbongile to finalize the process. She was chatting to the other Granny just next to the inquiry table with other patients sitting & surrounding the inquiry table. While sitting there my little son started crying & then I decided to come out to avoid my son making noise to other patients. He then stopped crying & I came back in & that's when SBongile arrogantly accused me of her Nokia Music Express phone. She attached me & yet without valid proof. No help for my son still.
