Unauthorised debit of credit card and not rectify

On 9 October my credit card was debited with an amount of R2590, which was not authorised by me. I had never dealt with this branch before and I'm not certain how they got my credit card information to start with. I referred the matter to their customer support at their Head Office and subsequently Johann Watermeyer of the Observatory branch called me to further discuss the matter. He undertook to rectify the mattater more than 2 weeks back but still the debeit has not been reversed. I have left messages for him which he has not returned. I'm using my resources to contact them and still continuing to incur interest with the bank for everyday that the money is not paid back. I want Hotel Express to pay back the money with interest without further delay.
