Ankmed paid my funds to someone else's account

Bankmed were supposed to pay me R2224.65 when i resigned from work. They had been using the wrong account number that i had closed already so the funds were being rejected by the bank and sent back to bankmed. After receiving a letter stating that were funds due to me. I then went to the bank and was assisted in sending them the correct banking details. After the email was sent the funds were paid into someone elses account and i have been emailing the enquiries and the claims departments to resolve the matter. i was contcted by a lady who said she was going to assist me but she never got back to me. I have been emailing them up to today. and no one has called me back. the reason y i have not been able to call is because i dont have a telkom landline to call from as we get charged calling from a cellphone. All i want is for my money to be paid to my correct account number which is 62316086596 and the branch code is 220225. Please help as these funds would be greatly appreciated as i am unemployed.
