Extremely unhappy. Worst service I have ever gotten from a person who is so unhappy in her job that she constantly interrupts & patronizes me. I was merely making an enquiry regarding the plan that I'm on. So I will definitely be canceling every single account I have with Momentum. I am being charged ridiculous amounts even though I pay an outstanding fee for just myself. No help is offered when I am unsure of something. They want my money, but is not prepared to provide service??? You will NEVER hear from me again after this.
