DISGUSTING SERVICE

I paid CTMC for a outstanding amount that was not covered by my medical aid. In all honesty i didnt realise that they would harrass me to make the payment knowing that i was busy dealing with why my medical aid had not covered it. Only to find out that they need to pay me back. I was told by Ryan last week that it would be done this week. Now i am getting no response to emails and the run around with regards to it.

NOT THE TYPE OF SERVICE THAT I EXPECT FROM SUCH A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!

if someone can please call me and explain why a company such as Medi-clinic should be held in such high regard.
