Shockingly poor service!

Shockingly bad service..first no waiter for 20min then get told some of the desserts are unavailable and when I finally settled on one it arrives after 30min, orange creme brulee that looked and tasted as though it was made 2 days before. tasted like butter, even the mint and strawberry used to garnish the plate was limp and going bad, the chocolate drizzle was already hard and the supposedly vaniila bean ice cream tasted like country fresh. also ordered a toasted sandwich that never came. when we asked for the bill we were told there isn't one but the amount is R175. We wre so angry by then we paid and left..I have never experienced this level of bad service especially not from a place with a 5 star rating. an absolutely ruined saturday evening. thanks fire and ice.
