No breakfast?

I did not get breakfast on the morning of my check out - despite asking for it 3 times. So eventually left without eating.
At reception downstairs I reported this when handing in my check out details. She offered to buy me breakfast at the cafe. How kind was that. Although I did not take her up on it, I was very touched by her warm and caring gesture.
