Poor service delivery from Fedhealth

We joined Fedhealth in January, and have been having issues with our bills to the health care provider not being paid and the reason was something about us being new and established patients, which does not make sense. These doctors that we have been to, are on the Fedhealth network. We have canceled our membership and are now responsible to make payment for those bills accumulated. I am so incredibly upset with the level of service recieved and would not recommend that anyone join this medical aid. The Discovery KeyCare Plus is one of the lowest plans with limited benefits, but their service delivery is excellent
