Reception is patheitc!!! very very poor service

Last night my son who is 2, was complaining about his ear. After monitoring him for an hour my husband and I decided to take him to the ER at Mulbarton hospital as he had a fever and his ear was now inflammed even after giving him some meds.
When we got to the ER, the nurse took my son immediately and checked his vitals while I proceeded to reception to open a file. I was told to take a seat, THERE WAS NOT A SOUL THERE!!! for lilterally 5 minutes. Then the man helping me OTSILE tells me come through... i mean REALLY!? I proceed to give him my details. This man took his own sweet time. I have been to Mulbarton many occassions and to the ER also. This was THE WORST experience i have ever had! My husband who is a body builder came to ask where is the file, that is how long OTSILE was taking as the nurses were ready to take my son through. He jumped at the sight of my husband and began to work quicker.
Is this acceptable??? My son was also screaming for me in the ER while all this was happneing.
I am so dissapointed in the service and had the worst Monday night.
