4 Hours for X rays

I took my girlfriend to the XRAY department at KDP private hospital - we waited 30 mins before she was attended too. After that we waited an hour for the results, only to hear when I enquired that they close at 4pm and hopefully the xrays will be ready by then - we left they called us an hour later to tell us that the xrays are ready... shocking service - the person behind the counter has no personality, no clue how to deal with customers and did not think of putting up a notice say that they are very busy.

Furthermore, the hospital is dirty, papers on floors and there is a general lack of service delivery...
