A trip to the emergency room turned out nightmare

Had the worst medical assistance from the casualty unit tonight.
An arrogant nurse turned our trip to the hospital into a nightmare.
Now I know what they mean when they say 'kicking a dog where it '
Hope all your other patients do not go through the same trauma we did!!!
I will definitely spread the word.

Went to Glynwood in Benoni and got the treatment for my mom she required. Thanks Glynwood for your compassion and first class service.
Maybe the nurses from the two hospitals should share notes on how to treat people.
