Great place to be for whatever occasion!!

I have suffered already two bereavements and this staff is amazing and so supportive during my stay!

I cannot commend Odette, Rheinhart and the Vineyard staff from the Porters (Papy, Goodman and Patrick) to the housekeepers (Carol and many others) also the breakfast staff (Charmaine, Denise and Cheryl) for making my family feel appreciated and loved. I have now lost both my parents but I felt I have now gained a huge family of the Vineyard staff... They provided excellent service and have bent over backwards to help me and my baby Jessica during this time of bereavement. I love the tranquility of the garden and the recommendations and little advice given to me by the staff. They even helped me when both my sister and I were really ill!

I especially thank Odette and Rheinhart for their lovely smiles in the morning and for allowing a grieving daughter to talk with them and they were so much help with dealing with such a delicate situation as death.
Even before I had Jessica Odette was wonderful in ensuring my hubby got his meds when he was ill.
