After paying and receiving a Reservation Guest Certificate reference 1691105 we presented La Montagne Resort in Ballito with the required documentation and booked in from 12 to 16 August. On the 13th Neil and two of his staff threatened my wife with eviction stating that we had not paid. After numerous phone calls we had to send them proof of the full payment which we had made 6 weeks prior to booking in. They at no stage offered an apology due to "their stuff up". On the 17th I emailed La Montagne, First Resorts as well as Club Leisure complaining about this shoddy treatment. Ten days later and I have yet to receive any form of correspondence from them. This clearly illustrates how little they value their customers. I will never book into La Montagne again and will make sure not to ever use the services of First Resorts or Club Leisure again.
