Great service

I deal with call centres in the financial, insurance and medical aid industry on a daily basis. Call centres can be frustrating, however, when attended to in a professional, friendly and efficient manner it makes it a more pleasing experience. Thabo Selomo was all of the above and in our current environment where service standards are sliding I would really like to say well done and keep it up!
