Getting a bill after 5 months and bad service

Was in a bad car accident Paarl mediclinic emergency personal did not even try to help me get out into a wheelchair we had to go and get everything ourself. Dr wasserfal did not even admit me for tests she just exhausted my medical aid savings sending me for xrays ect. and now after 5 months sending me an sms saying I have to pay my account don't even know what for. I wont ever go back to them as their service are so bad and the way they treated me.
