Milkshake Bar disappointment

Everyone raves about this hotel's Milkshake Bar. The hotel is stunningly decorated!! I couldn't even distinguish the Milkshake Bar from the normal Bar. I had the pumpkin, marshmallow, caramel milkshake. Well. It was just 'blah'. Not sweet enough, not 'wow' enough at all! My friend had a banana-peanut butter milkshake. All she tasted was peanut butter. The flavours are really nothing spectacular. NO SERVIETTES were given to us. Presentation of the milkshakes are so disappointing. Just a milkshake in a milkshake glass. Not presented on a lovely lacquered tray, not presented with little bits of decorations (eg mini marshmallows, sweetened pumpkin cubes, drizzles of caramel, salted peanuts or banana slices). Our bill was R80. We gave the waitress R100 - and she only gave us a R10 back. We had to ask for the other R10.
Desire Botha, the Guest Relationship Manager of this hotel, emailed me on Thursday, 1 August. Asking when is a convenient time so that she can phone me. I said Friday, 2 August lunchtime. I am still waiting.
