Insensitive treament of client under treatment

My wife is currently under treatment in the Claro Clinic, N1 City Cape Town, and whilst she is half way through the treatment to get her on the straight an narrow with her medication, she was told over the phone my a discovery health worker, that her account has been cancelled forthwith, and then hung up. My wife made an honest mistake and did not understand the chronic illness medication section of her application, and now she has in the middle of her treatment, taken a major knock back, and in tears and hysterics, her state of mind is now not focused on getting better thanks to Discovery and the way she was treated on the phone. We had to scrimp and scrap and beg and borrow money on the expectation of getting our money back once Discovery paid up, but no we are left in the lurch with a major bill, what can you do for us Discovery to correct this honest mistake and oversight and help my wife recover and get better? Please respond to this as we very worried this has knocked her for six and will cause some major setbacks. I am writing on her behalf as my wife is in the clinic still and cannot access the internet
