Sent from private to public hospital

I was pregnant and I did as my medical aid asked, I informed them way before I was 20weeks pregnant. The contract implies that all hospital fees will be paid in 100per cent, I am on the state plus own choice plan. I ended up getting ill at 26weeks and 3days with pre eclampsia, so due to that my baby had to be taken out early.he was born at 680grams and only survived 3 days in a public hospital that treated me as though I was insane. I had booked athorization at the Bay hospital in Richards Bay but yet from there I was sent to the NPA hospital in Empangeni because my medical aid wouldn't cover them. So all I'm asking is for them to please let me know if I owe them anything else because I am definetly canceling my medical aid from them as soon as possible.could some-one please contact me so I can go about doing that.
