Being on the medical aid for 8 years, this morning was the very first time I had WOW customer service.

Siphelelesonke Masondo went the extra mile to assist me. I have been calling for the past two weeks however she gave me peace of mind (caller satisfaction), she used inistative, she was professional and showed empathy towards my situation.
