Made arrangements to pay off my Linksfield clinic bill, Now I am getting letters from this johannes blom, demanding the full amount, who does this pip squeak think he is? I also asked him (TWICE) to confirm if he received my first payment, guess what? (NO RESPONSE) Please replace this arrogant blom with someone more professional, I am paying you people and he threatens me with blacklisting
