Poor service, food and attitude

The service and standards have dropped severely on every visit. We ordered pizza, which took over 45 min, it was undercooked and soggy, when questioned the waitress cheekily retorted. On a separate occasion we ordered terrible cocktails, when returning them without drinking them, the manager did not come to see us, but rather sent the waitress. Her message was he would pay for one, if we paid for one. We decided to leave straight away, and were interrogated by the security guard on duty. I told him not to worry as we wouldn't come back. His words in response were "glad to not see you again". I have been utterly floored by the service quality, which is a pity as the setting is lovely, but ruined by the bad attitude.
