Incompetence service

There was incompetence in information capturing, errors on my order, and I had to cancel the application and reapply again. Despite this, there was still incorrect information capture by a staff member, with incorrect contact details delaying the delivery process again. It is so inconvenient. If I could cancel the purchase, I would. The staff needs proper computer training to avoid such errors.
