1. My Girlfriend buys a Trimtech Trimmer
2. She puts it on and almost immediately she smells that the device is shorting/burning and smoke starts to billow
3. She takes it back within 6 days of paying for it. Expects her money back or a replacement back. They say no. - BS
4. They rather rudely say they have to send it away. - BS
5. They give a quote to repair something she bought days before. - BS
6. They tell that it was because the stone/guard was not on. - BS

BS - Bullshit

This is my expectation

1. Her money is returned. We are beyond lets get a replacement from BEX
2. She gets an apology from Sinalo who was very rude to her. I will come see him in the week and show him what it is to respect a woman.
3. This Extortaion of sending it to lawnmowers for africa and circle of fraud is stopped
