LG service a joke

First LG's Customer support line tells me sorry all the technicians are on training and they can't tell me until when.
Then I phone Edenvale branch and the receptionist (Josephine) tells me sorry the technicians don't answer their phones as they are busy. They don't take my number and ask if they could come back to me. They just say, oh sorry - you must bring in your TV (what a joke - load my 65 inch in my car and just bring it in) Hah - what a joke. No support for customers what so ever, the tv is brand new and I cannot use any of the smart functionality.
