I have a unresolved query which is almost a month old and i still dont have any possitive feedback. I purchased a samsung 3d tv 8 months ag and its noy working. They technicion gave me a report stating i should get a new tv from samsung almost 2weeks ago .i logged this weeks ago and i even went to the store for ky new tv but they say that i should seak to samsung. When i fone samsung they tell me i should speak to the store. Im highly annoyed wit tue service i haclve received cos neither do know wats happening. As a customer that has all the samsung electronics in my house am truley dissapointed wit the service i have received. I also tried escalatin this but none of the managers in the helpdesk was available. All i want is my new unit but they procedures are so backwards that i have to kee foning samsung or the store and none of them seems to be helping me get my tv. I hope to hear from som1 who can resolve my issue asap. I am really annoyed with urls atter service.
