Ariel Excellence
Over priced and Bad Service once reported

We called out Ariel Excellence to install our PVR DSTV. They were very quick and on time installing it for us however they installed a LNB and charged us R1599 excluding call out fee and work done, our bill came up too R2000. My husband then check the prices of a LNB and they cost any thing from R500 to R800.
When we phoned Ariel Excellence to find out more about this they told us that this is there price and that was it.
We went through to a manager George who tolds us the same information and that he would be happy to come un-install the LNB as a price
My husband then tried to phone the manager and no would give him his contact details so he had to send a email.
I phoned this morning and the Ops Director phoned my husband and informed him that the price is the price and he will come un-install the LNB today at no cost but with no refund on the call out fee and work done yesterday even though we have not received the service
