POOR SERVICE

SOS installed my PVR, since the installation my extra view is not working properly. I gave them a call they came to fix it, but its still not working. On numerous occations this week I phoned to report that my extra view is not working. Everytime I'm promised they will phone me back. I'm still waiting. So currently I'm paying for something everymonth that I cant use.
