Calling LG is like calling the license dept!!!

I called LG this morning on their toll free no and was told if i want a glob for my fridge i must go to Alberton or Modderfontien as there is no where else i can get a spare for my fridge as i was told by one of the spares consultants when i tried to speak to a manager i was give david sparrow's name and was put through and it just rang for almost 4 minutes when i decided to hang up!!! all my appliances are LG it will teach me to ever buy another LG PRODUCT EVER!!!
