WARRANTY FALLS AWAY BECAUSE OF SCRATCHES!

Bought iMac computer last year April. In August I took the keyboard back because one the keys came loose. One of the technicians tried to fix the key, took it out and failed to fix it there and then. The key became even more lose I did not log a job then because they did not have any loan keyboards available (assisted by Blaine). I asked that Blaine call me as soon as a loan keyboard was available so i could book mine in for repairs. He did not. This year in February I took it back again and it was sent for repairs with suspicion that i had physically damaged the file. It came back from repairs and I am being told that the WARRANTY FALLS AWAY BECAUSE BECAUSE THE KEYBOARD HAS SCRATCHES!!! Its a key thats loose, which their technician DAMAGED FURTHER! I need it to be fixed or replaces. Apple must improve their after sale service
