I must say that Electroservice is a poor excuse of a service provider, This is my story

On the 22nd October 2012 I asked that they send someone to come and quote me for the repair of my stove, they sommer came on the 24th and fixed it and then told me to pay R750.00 which i decided fine as I would have had it done anyway.
Then on the 24th of January 2013 the stove was yet again not working and tripping the power as before, so I phoned the guy that fixed the stove (Gabriel from Serge Tech) directly as requested by them if this was to happen and the ignored my calls and sms's.

So the Monday 28th I phoned Electroservice directly and told them that the stove is not working and that Serfe Tech is ignoring my calls long story short the service from Serge Tech had me telling electroservice that i do not want them anywhere near my house and that i demand a refund, which should have been done 24 days back today and Im still waiting. I had Kelvinator come and look at my stove just to find out that nothing has been replaced as what i was charged for, poor service levels and someone need to report these people
