Poor Service Performance

Sol Appliance is contracted by FNB Total Home Guard Care Plan as a repair contractor for home appliances. they don"t care to make appointments nor to pitch up or to contact you in any way to resolve the issue.
They attended to my dishwasher after numerous requests and stripped it and took another two weeks to bring the new parts back. after the installation they did not test the machine to see whether the problem was fixed and just left. needless to say the machine still is broken so obviously they took out the wrong part, and now they don't want to come back to fix it. I don't think they should be in this business of service delivery!!!

And Why is FNB using them. They are dragging their name through the mud.
