Good day,

On the 27th of December 2012 an amount of R550-00 was deducted from my Absa Credit Card Account from Apple South Africa. I am concerned about this reason being that the account it went off from is not my registered account on my Apple ID.I went to Absa the following work day and they promised to reverse it within 14 days. I gave them over a month and nothing has ever since. I did not receive any receipts from Apple, which I normally get when I purchase something. I want to know what the money was for and I want to see what I bought for that amount, which I never do. I think this is poor, and how can they deduct from an account if they don't even have the details of it? I even tried contacting Apple personally but can't get hold of their contact details for South Africa.
