Promise Not Kept

Giga Appliance Services came in to fix my stove - they did a temporary job as this was needed in order for me to use the stove. They needed to get more tools and built a frame in order to complete the job. Was quoted R600 - R300 paid deposit. After Festive season - followed up when the job will be completed - said they will be their soon as they are busy with other big job - my husband followed up 2 more times after I had been given the same excuse on 3 occassions - now almost two months later the mobile number is not working.!!!
