Payed over a month ago to be told I am not getting

I ordered a Macbook pro from [URL Removed] on the 10th December 2013. They asked for a full payment to secure my delivery on the 19th of January 2014. I payed in the sum of money in full and was told that I had secured a device. [URL Removed]

On the morning of the 23rd of January 2014 I got a mail from them stating that there was an issue and that I will not get the device.

I feel this is extremely bad form as I have been out of pocket for over a month over the festive season.
Why did I have to pay so far in advance to secure a product that I would only get told after delivery date that I would not get any way.

Smell fishy. Beware buying from repocopie
