Seriously what is wrong with Samsung

What is wrong with Samsung that there is no service. I have had a product handed in on the 27th of November 2013 and am still waiting on it. I have had numerous communications between VOC department and even tried sending one of those messages to the CEO.

It is clear that Samsung doesn't give a for it's customers and chances are the CEO line probably just goes to spam folder because no one answers (been nearly a month since it was sent), it is a constant struggle. What are you guys trying to do, are you just trying to get yourself out of CPA terms by taking so long that there is no more statute of limitation?
