Thank you to the technical staff and customer support service team for making sure that my problem was addressed and sorted out. They were also very obliging in making sure that I wasn't left high and dry without a camera over the busy holiday period. When you are making a big investment you have to be sure that you are going to have back up service in the unlikely event of a problem.
