Pathetic service, waste of time, unprofessional

Electronics and household app.

I brought a phone in for repair on the 14th of December 2013. I am well aware that this is a time where suppliers are closed etc. because of the holidays but I was assured that I'd hear what was wrong with my phone within a week as the technician was still working. A week later, he didn't even look at the phone yet. Another week later, he started working on the phone but couldn't give me a definitive answer. Another week later I was informed that they *think* they know what's wrong with the phone and will wait a MONTH for the supplier to send some new "IC boards" or something of the sorts so they can fit them and then see if it works. It would have been better for me to get some screwdrivers, follow simple instructions on a YouTube video and fix the thing myself! I said I would go pick up the phone from them as they clearly don't know what they're doing. Communication from them is almost non-existent. The only way you'll get updates from them is if you go in or call them yourself - and then they don't even know who you are or what you're referring to. A bunch of amateur 'backyard' unqualified, unprofessional quacks if you ask me. Don't trust them and don't expect service!
