CT International has bogus aliases

We applied for finance for their product. We had to pay a deposit of R500. The application was declined, as we don't have debt. Nowhere on their contract does it stipulate that the deposit is non refundable, neither did the sales rep inform us either. When we asked for our deposit back, we were laughed at. The sales rep Vanessa says that she did tell us its non refundable. Unfortunately for her, we had friends who were present when she did her demonstration, and they bought the product too. ThEy also say nothing was mentioned anywhere or at anytime that deposit is non refundable. These guys are and your money. When you try calling, they don't answer, neither respond to emails. Do not buy from them!
