Sales consultant not assisting pregnant lady

One of the sales consultants made a pregnant lady wait on her feet for 20 minutes whilst he helped other customers. He continued to help another customer after she had asked him for help. When she asked him for help the second time around he passed her on to one of his other colleagues. I was deeply disturbed by this!
